About the Nerdy Black Girl

Life is a beautiful tapestry woven with diverse threads, and mine includes the roles of wife, mother, programmer, and Deaconess. As a deaconess, I actively serve my church community, and I cherish the opportunity to make a difference.  My journey has led me through the worlds of Statistics, Finance, and Theology, each experience enriching my perspective. 

At my core, I'm driven by a love for people and an unwavering commitment to social justice and truth. I believe that our ability to choose – our free will – is a precious gift and central to my Christian faith. It is a core tenant of how I move and exercise that faith. Free will is intergral to our relationship with God and the universe.  My faith is the cornerstone of my life. I strive to live out the values of service, compassion and love, and justice. 

I find joy in serving others and making a positive impact in my community.
